Jan 20 (Reuters) - Online furniture retailer Wayfair Inc said on Friday it will lay off about 1,750 workers, or 10% of its workforce, becoming the latest company in corporate America to cut jobs amid growing fears of a recession. (Reporting by Granth Vanaik in Bengaluru; Editing by Savio D'Souza)
