VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

SOUTHERN GRID TENDER RESULTS

This announcement is made by Wasion Holdings Limited on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Wasion Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce that on 30 August 2019, China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. (''Southern Grid'') announced the bidding results of first framework tender on metering products (smart meters) in 2019, in which Wasion Group Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has won contracts of approximately RMB82.49 million (approximately HK$90.28 million) and ranked leading position in this framework tender.

This announcement is made by the order of the Board, the members of which individually and jointly accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information disclosed in this announcement.
