TytoCare Ltd. announced that it expects to receive $25 million in funding from a group of investors

Tyto Care Ltd. announced that it has received $25 million in its series C round of funding led by new investor, Ping An Global Voyager Fund, a fund managed by Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd., Investment Arm on January 28, 2018. The transaction also included participation from new investor, OurCrowd Qure, a fund managed by OurCrowd Ltd. and existing investors, OrbiMed Advisors, L.L.C., LionBird (Ventures) Ltd., LionBird (Ventures) Ltd., Cambia Health Solutions, Inc., and Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600196). The transaction has been oversubscribed.

The company has the option to increase the funding to $28 million in the next few months. The company has raised $45 million in funding till date.
