Vossloh AG : Dr. Kay Mayland joins Supervisory Board of Vossloh AG

By order of the Local Court of Iserlohn dated December 28, 2012, Dr.-Ing. Kay Mayland, Rösrath, former CEO of SMS Siemag AG, has been appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of Vossloh AG. He succeeds Dr. Jürgen Blume who stepped down from the Board as of August 31, 2012.
