On November 5, 2020, Vivozon Healthcare, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A082800) closed the transaction. The company issued 17 bearer unregistered private convertible bonds for KRW 10,000,000,000 in its final tranche. The company has issued KRW 30,000,000,000 in the transaction.

The Pharmaceutical Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of finished medicines such as external skin preparations, antipyretic analgesic, anti-inflammatory drugs and antidiabetic drugs. The Optical Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of finished products and lighting module sets such as general lighting and automotive lighting using light emitting diode (LED) light sources.
