The Board of Directors of Vistamalls, Inc. approved the declaration of cash dividends in an amount equal to approximately 20% of the Company's consolidated net income for the year ended December 31, 2018, which shall be payable in cash to all its stockholders on the basis of outstanding stocks held by them. The dividend amount was PHP 0.0571 per share. Record date was 15 October 2019. Payment date was 30 October 2019.

Its malls include Vista Mall Bataan, Vista Mall Iloilo, Vista Mall Naga, and Vista Mall Pampanga.
