Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, and Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. announced they will collaborate on developing open-end mutual funds for the U.S. retail market that utilize Aviva Investors' distinctive multi-strategy and outcome-oriented investment expertise. Virtus will provide Aviva Investors' strategies on an exclusive basis in U.S. open-end mutual funds, beginning with the Virtus Multi-Strategy Target Return Fund1, a new global tactical asset allocation fund for which Aviva Investors2 will be the subadviser.
