Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation at its AGM held on April 27, 2018 approved 2017 distribution of 10% or VND 338,800,000,000.

The company also approved to elect Ms. Do Thi Phuong Lan as a member of the BODs in the term 2016- 2020. The company also approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Yen as a member of the BOS in the term 2016-2021.
