Convalo Health International Corp. Appoints Allan Dicks as New Chief Financial Officer

Convalo Health International Corp. appointed Allan Dicks as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, Johannesburg and Los Angeles, where he was part of the audit practice before transitioning into PwC's mergers and acquisitions practice.

Most recently Allan was the CFO of Universal Services of America.
