Oxford Catalysts Group PLC, the leading technology innovator for synthetic oil production, is pleased to announce that it has received an order for its Fischer-Tropsch ('FT') product from a diversified energy company, following successful conclusion of negotiations announced on 15th December.

The order is for a full scale FT unit (with a nominal capacity of over 25 bpd), to be delivered within two months. It will be installed and operated at one of the company's existing facilities during the first part of 2012. The company intends to aggressively pursue production of synthetic oil through medium scale modular facilities located at their sites internationally. The operation of this initial FT unit will provide detailed engineering parameters for the first such synthetic fuels plant, the design of which is due to begin in the first half of the year.

This is the Group's fourth sale of FT reactors and catalyst, following separate orders for units by SGC Energia, SGPS, S.A. in December 2010 and April 2011, and by a Fortune 500 company in July 2011.

Roy Lipski, CEO of Oxford Catalysts Group said:

"We're pleased to have made another commercial sale - every unit that is operational in the field gets us closer to mass adoption. We're enthusiastic about the prospect of developing business with this company and of becoming a central part of their synthetic fuels strategy."
