Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 37.85 million in funding from Endu Infra Services Private Limited, Intellect Money Private Limited and other investors

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited announced a private placement to issue 7,570,000 warrants at an issue price of INR 5 per warrant for the gross proceeds of INR 37,850,000 on March 14, 2024. The transaction will include participation returning investors Jackky Bhagnani for 3,520,000 warrants, Puja Bhagnani for 1,650,000 warrants, Intellect Money Finvest Private Limited for 2,300,000 warrants and Endu Infra Services Private Limited for 100,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by shareholders of company, subject to general shareholders to be held on June 21, 2024 and stock exchange.
