Acquisition of treasury shares

Within the framework of the program for acquisition of treasury shares as mentioned in the press release of 31 August 2020, the Board of Directors of Van de Velde NV proceeded with the purchase of shares on the market of Euronext Brussels. The following treasury shares have been acquired during the period of December 29 2020 until January 6 2021:

• 29/12/2020: 25 shares. Average price = 22,74 €/share. Maximum price = 22,75 €/share. Minimum price = 22,60 €/share.
• 30/12/2020: 560 shares. Average price = 22,80 €/share. Maximum price = 22,80 €/share. Minimum price = 22,80 €/share.
• 31/12/2020: 0 shares.
• 4/1/2021: 109 shares. Average price = 22,98 €/share. Maximum price = 23,050 €/share. Minimum price = 22,95 €/share.
• 5/1/2021: 600 shares. Average price = 22,92 €/share. Maximum price = 23 €/share. Minimum price = 22,85 €/share.
• 6/1/2021: 186 shares. Average price = 22,67 €/share. Maximum price = 22,75 €/share. Minimum price = 22,60 €/share.
  Total number of shares = 1.480. Average price = 22,82 €/share. Total amount = 33.812,50 €.

The authorization to acquire own shares was granted to the Board of Directors on December 11, 2019 during the extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

On January 6, 2021, 78.123 own shares are held by Van de Velde NV, including the 11.000 shares that were already purchased in the context of a stock option plan. This represents 0,59 per cent of the total number of shares of Van de Velde NV.
