In future, Bernhard Heusler would like to focus on building up the company HWH recently co-founded by him and further developing the sports and business segments. He has therefore decided not to stand for re-election to the board of directors of Valora Holding AG at the annual general meeting on 13 April 2018. Bernhard Heusler has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 2008.
