BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. Jan 20, 2011 - Toady Breckenridge Ski Resort opened upper mountain lifts the T-Bar and 6 Chair, making local powder dreams come true just in time for this weekend. Thanks to a remarkable effort by the Breckenridge Ski Patrol, 250 new acres of advance terrain served by these lifts is now open. In addition to the recently opened E-Chair, Breck skiers and riders can enjoy this rapid-fire increase of terrain openings in recent days, as Mother Nature has supplied Breck with 14 inches of snow in the last 7 days.
National Weather Serviceforecasts up to 10 new inches to fall over the weekend at Breckenridge Ski Resort. A chance of snow continues into next week with a low pressure system moving through Colorado.

In honor of Breckenridge's 50th Anniversary Season Breck is granting 50 wishes to our loyal guests throughout the season.
