V.S. International Group Limited Announces Demise of Madam Gan Chu Cheng, Executive Director and Member of the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of V.S. International Group Limited announced with deepest sorrow that the Company was informed by the family of Madam Gan Chu Cheng ("Madam Gan"), an executive Director and a member of the nomination committee of the Company (the "Nomination Committee"), that Madam Gan passed away on 19 March 2020.
