SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO

THE DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN MALAYSIA

Reference is made to the announcement (the ''Announcement'') of UTS Marketing Solutions Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 24 July 2020 in relation to a discloseable transaction for the acquisition of the Property in Malaysia. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

The Company would like to provide further information on the identities of the ultimate beneficial owners of the Vendor. As at the date of the Announcement, the Vendor is owned as to 30% by Lim Kian Peet and 70% by Exsim Development Sdn. Bhd. (''Exsim''), which is in turn ultimately beneficially owned by Lim Aik Hoe, Lim Aik Kiat and Lim Aik Fu.

There exists a financial advance relationship between the Purchaser and Exsim, pursuant to which the Purchaser has advanced a sum of RM12,000,000 to Mightyprop Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Exsim. Details of the financial advance are set out in the announcements of the Company dated 31 January 2019, 8 July 2019, 8 July 2020 and a supplemental announcement of the Company dated 10 July 2020.

As at the date of this announcement, the Group confirms that there is no set off arrangement on the Consideration and the financial advance between the Purchaser and Exsim.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, all information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
