Message:

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that on the 2nd January 2017 the Issuer received from Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with the seat in Warsaw the certificate of making by the Issuer on the 30th December 2016 a partial repayment in the amount of 36.907.200 PLN of the credit granted to the Issuer on the basis of the multipurpose credit limit agreement in the amount of 65.000.000 PLN concluded on the 11th December 2015, of which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 53/2015, as amended (Current report no. 40/2016).

The financial means of the above credit have been used for implementation of the Tanzanian contract of the 22th October 2015 for sales of tractors, implements and spare parts of the total value 55 million USD, of which the Issuer informed in the current reports no. 38/2015 5/2016, 29/2016 and 39/2016.

According to the repayment schedule, the Issuer repaid the first credit installment in the amount equivalent to 8.800.000 USD with the means received from the advance payment within the above-mentioned contract executed with the Tanzanian company National Development Corporation (Current report no. 47/2016).
