Union Textile Industries Public Company Limited at its board of directors meeting held on Dec. 18, 2018, approved the appointment of Mrs. Oranuj Soongswang as company’s director, independent director and chairman of the audit committee in replacement of the resigned director, effective on January 1, 2019.
