Union Steel Holdings Limited Appoints Wong Loke Tan as Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Union Steel Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wong Loke Tan (Mr. Wong) has been appointed as the Independent Director of the company with effect from November 18, 2016. Upon appointment, Mr. Wong will be the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
