Unifast Finance & Investments Public Company Limited announced that on June 4, 2015 Mr. Marinos Christodoulides resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company due to his appointment in the position of Vice Chairman of the CSE Council. Mr. Giorgos Pipis is appointed as Non-Executive Board member in the position of Mr. Marinos Christodoulides. Mr. Pipis was again a member in the Board of Directors.
Ms. Anna Iacovidou is also appointed as Compliance Officer and Investor Liaison Officer.
