Effective January 11, 2013, John O'Connor was elected to the board of directors of Las Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. Mr. O'Connor, 58, is Chairman of J.H. Whitney Investment Management, LLC, a position he has held since January 2005. From January 2009 to March 2011, Mr. O'Connor also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tactronics Holdings, LLC.
