Gift Card Forum Lviv provides the opportunity to make purchases at any store in the shopping mall, as well as to pay in the cinema and restaurants. The number of transactions is not limited, the validity period is 1 year.

To get the card one has to fill out an application form at 'Forum Lviv' information desk. One can choose the price of his gift as the card can be topped up in the amount from UAH 100 to 4000.
