UG Healthcare Corporation Limited is a Malaysia-based own brand manufacturer that markets and sells proprietary UNIGLOVES branded products through its global downstream distribution network. The Company has three segments: latex examination gloves, nitrile examination gloves and other ancillary products. Its UNIGLOVES brand of disposable gloves offers both specialized products, with a variety of coatings, scents, colors, thickness, antimicrobial properties, and eco-friendly materials for more specialized users, as well as generic products. The Company owns and operates a downstream network of distribution companies with a local presence in Europe, United Kingdom, United States of America, China, Africa and South America, where it markets and sells its disposable gloves. It also distributes ancillary products including surgical gloves, vinyl and cleanroom disposable gloves, reusable gloves, face masks and other medical disposables.
