Unitech Corporate Parks Plc ("UCP") received notification on 7 May 2013 from Mr Sanjay Pandit that, together with affiliated parties, Mr Pandit is interested in 28,413,830 ordinary shares in UCP, representing 7.89% of UCP's issued share capital.
Mr Pandit's notification also stated that of the ordinary shares to which the notification related, 27,512,327 ordinary shares (7.64% of UCP's issued share capital) are held by entities associated with Mr Pandit and SC Fundamental.
These ordinary shares were therefore also included with the notification by SC Fundamental on 22 April 2013.
