Farmland Partners Inc. (AMEX:FPI) agreed to acquire 247 Acres of Farmland Real Estate in Pueblo County, Colorado from Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (OTCPK:TURV) for $2.5 million on September 16, 2014. The buyer has to deposit $0.25 million with escrow agent as a part of earnest money. The company will lease back the property after the sale till December 31, 2019 with an additional lease back period of 5 years.

Farmland Partners Inc. (AMEX:FPI) cancelled the acquisition of 247 Acres of Farmland Real Estate in Pueblo County, Colorado from Two Rivers Water & Farming Company (OTCPK:TURV) on November 21, 2014. Two Rivers rejected Farmland Partner's offer. Two Rivers determined it was not in their best interests to continue to work with Farmland Partners.
