Tibet Xuri Capital Management Co., Ltd. signed an asset transfer agreement to acquire 100% stake in 12 companies and 75% stake in Zhongshang Dongxu Property Xuzhou Co., Ltd. from Tunghsu Azure Renewable Energy Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000040) and Tunghsu Hongji Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 2.1 billion on December 18, 2017. The board of Tunghsu Azure Renewable Energy approved the transaction in the 8th directorate in its 51st meeting. The transaction is subject to approval from the shareholders of Tunghsu Azure Renewable Energy Co.,Ltd.
