TTK Prestige Ltd. announced that Dr. (Mrs) Latha Jagannathan, a Promoter Non-executive Director has stepped down from the Board with effect from the closing hours of May 27, 2015. Dr. TT Mukund has been co-opted as a Director in place of Dr.(Mrs) Latha Jagannathan with effect from May 29, 2015. Mr. Mukund's appointment has been cleared by the Nominations & Remuneration Committee.
He will be a non-independent director as he is from the Promoters' family.
