Wood Sage, LLC entered into a membership interest purchase agreement to acquire Community Specialty Pharmacy, LLC from TRxADE HEALTH, Inc. (NasdaqCM:MEDS) for $0.1 million on January 20, 2023. On the Closing Date, a cash payment in the amount of $100,000 plus All amounts due and owing to from Buyer to Seller under the Management Agreement. In a related transaction, Wood Sage, LLC entered into Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire Alliance Pharma Solutions, LLC for $0.125 million.
The transaction is expected to close on April 30, 2023.
