On October 9, 2019, the board of Directors of Trxade Group, Inc. increased the number of members of the Board of Directors from four to five and appointed Gary Augusta as a member of the Board of Directors to fill the newly created vacancy, pursuant to the power provided to the Board of Directors by the Bylaws of the Company and Delaware law. Mr. Augusta is currently on the Board of Directors of First Choice Healthcare Solutions Inc. and was a Board Director, including Executive Chairman for over four years, of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMEH) from 2012 to November 2018.
