ASX ANNOUNCEMENT Changes to CMIL Board members

Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited (CMIL) announces changes to the CMIL Board following completion of the Internalisation Proposal of CFS Retail Property Trust Group (ASX: CFX). CMIL is the Responsible Entity of Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA) and CFS Retail Property Trust 1.
Effective 24 March 2014, Mr Michael Venter and Mr Ross Griffiths have resigned from their positions as Directors of CMIL. Additionally, Mr Angus McNaughton, CEO of CFX, and former Managing Director, Property of Colonial First State Global Asset Management, has been appointed to the CMIL Board as Managing Director.
The Independent Directors of CMIL sincerely thank Mr Venter and Mr Griffiths for their valued contribution and wise counsel to the CMIL Board and CPA management team over the years.
