4Q11 and 2011 OPERATIONAL PREVIEW
São Paulo, January 13, 2012 - TRISUL S.A. (BM&FBovespa: TRIS3; Bloomberg: TRIS3 BZ; Reuters: TRIS3.SA), one of the largest real estate developers and builders in the São Paulo metropolitan area focusing on residential projects, announces its preliminary results for the fourth quarter (4Q11) and fiscal year of 2011. The results presented herein are management results and are subject to external audit.LAUNCHES
Launches in 2011 exceeded the upper limit of the Company's annual guidance. All in all, Trisul launchedeight projects with a total PSV of R$456 million, with Trisul's share being R$324 million.
Two Upper-Middle Income projects were launched in 4Q11, for total PSV of R$64 million, with Trisul's share
being R$49 million, totaling 128 units.

CONTRACTED SALES
In 2011, gross contracted sales amounted to R$584 million in PSV, with Trisul's share being R$434.3 million, from a total of 2,269 units sold.
A total of 308 units were sold in 4Q11, representing a total PSV of R$94.1 million. Trisul's contracted sales were R$73.8 million. From this total, R$14 million, or 19%, represent launches in the same quarter, and R$59.8 million, or 81%, represent inventory sales.
The VSO (sales over supply) in units came to 10% in the fourth quarter. Sales speed of launches in 4Q11, in terms of units, reached 29%.

The Company delivered 24 projects in 2011, totaling 6,277 units, with a PSV of R$1.3 billion, with Trisul's
share being R$998 million. In 4Q11, Trisul delived eight projects, totaling 2,410 units.
