Tribona AB (publ) aquires logistics properties in Värnamo and Växjö with financing by Handelsbanken

Lund, Sweden, 2013-12-16 13:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

Tribona has, via companies, aquired and accessed two logistics properties in Värnamo and Växjö with a total property value of approximately SEK 81m.

The property Rockan 2 in Värnamo is located near E4 and has a lettable area of 9 729 sq.m. The property Smeden 1 in Växjö has a lettable area of 8 210 sq.m. Both properties are fully leased with long lease agreements.

Financing of the properties will be provided with Handelsbanken. The loan agreement runs for five years.
