Northern Logistic Property (NLP) has signed an agreement to sell Fördelaren 2 in Kungälv. The acquirer is a recently founded subsidiary of Hantverkslokaler i Göteborg AB. The sale is carried out without a real estate agent.

The property is a 3 floor office building with lettable space of 2,500 m². The property has been vacant for a longer period of time and has previously been a part of the property Fördelaren 1, which is fully let to ICA. The building is to be sold as a separate property as the registration of the separation of the properties took place in winter.

"We are pleased with the sale of this property which does not fit the properties we are focusing on" says Peter Strand, a CEO in NLP.

The property is sold for 8 million Swedish kroner, which is 3 million above the market value of the property as of March 31, 2011. The divestment results in a gain of 3 million Swedish kroner in the second quarter. The preliminary closing date for this transaction is at the end of June 2011.
