This issue has been resolved and we're getting in touch with any members affected. All bookings now have a tracking number.

We are experiencing a minor issue with some Fastway courier bookings through our book a courier service.

Tracking numbers for some packages are not appearing. We are working to have this issue fixed shortly.

Please note that your package will still be picked up and delivered, but you will need to get the tracking ID. Please contact Fastway to get your tracking number. Your tracking number will appear onsite once we've fixed the issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience. We'll update this site announcement when the issue is resolved.
