TR Services Group, the IT services integrator and operator, has announced
cumulative revenues of EUR32.4m for the first nine months of the financial year
ended 31 December 2009, an increase of 9% compared with the same period in
2008/2009.
In the third quarter alone, revenues increased by 15.1% to EUR11 .5m, from
EUR10m in 2008/2009.
This revenue growth is again mainly as a result of acquisitions. However, at the
end of the first nine months of the year, revenues were down just 4.7% on a
like-for-like basis, compared with a fall of 7% over the first half of the
year.
In addition, the group's net cash position, which had deteriorated as at 30
September 2009, improved during the third quarter.

Under difficult economic conditions and as announced, the TR Services Group
continued to reinforce its sales teams in both key accounts and in the
mid-market and SME segment.
Major new deals were signed during the third quarter, notably with Carglass,
RATP, Ville de Montrouge, Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and Look Voyages,
among others.

Outlook 
Lionel Smeers, Chief Executive Officer of TR Services, comments: "As of 1 March
2010, the TR Services subsidiary for the West of France region will become a
branch by means of merger of the trade and staff into TR Services. This fits in
with the Group's strategy of optimising its management and strengthening its
presence in France. Furthermore the Group is due to make an announcement in the
near future concerning the opening of a new branch in the North region.
As regards our international activities, our Serbian subsidiary has just won two
major contracts with Société Générale concerning the maintenance of over 30
sites in Serbia. Finally, we have increased the Group's stake in Datcom-Inc to
100%, as a result of which we are now recognised as Enterprise Partner for
network equipment manufacturer H3C."
