TPC Power Holding Public Company Limited or TPCH announced that TPCH Power 5 Plant (TPCH5) has a commercial operation date (COD) on November 17, 2020 which started generating electricity commercially at 2.01 PM. TPCH5 Biomass power plant is located at Bang Po, Mueang Narathiwat District, Narathiwat Province with a maximum capacity on contract with PEA of 6.3 MW and an installed capacity of 6.3 MW. It is the seventh power plant under TPCH that operates and sells electricity to PEA. TPCH currently has a total exported capacity on contract of 80.1 MW in operation, 18.4 MW under the system testing phase to prepare for commercially operation, and 8 MW under construction. Overall, the company has a total exported capacity of 106.5 MW on hand.
