Yuji Yamamoto acquired 1400 shares of Cybozu Startups, Inc. representing 70% stake. For the period ending December 2013, Cybozu Startups, Inc. reported total assets of ¥19 million, net assets of ¥12 million, sales of ¥19 million, operating loss of ¥48 million and net loss of ¥48 million. Board of Directors of Cybozu, Inc. resolved the transaction.
