TOP SPRING INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED The board of directors of Top Spring International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. CHIANG Kok Sung Lawrence has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Company with effect from 1 July 2014. Mr. CHIANG, aged 62, is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Metro Holdings Limited. The Board announced that Mr. LAM Jim has tendered his resignation as an executive director, the chief financial officer and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Company respectively with effect from 26 July 2014 to pursue other career opportunity.
Mr. LAM has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders in relation to his resignation.
