On August 31, 2021, TOP CULTURE Co.,Ltd. closed the transaction. The company's capital will reduced by ¥1,050,000,000 from ¥3,057,370,000 to ¥2,007,370,000 post transaction. The company's capital reserve will reduced by ¥3,353,691,500 from ¥3,353,691,500 post transaction.
