VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT ON DONATION

This announcement is made by the board of directors (the "Board") of Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

Recently, the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia epidemic across many regions in China constituted a serious threat to the people's life and health. To this end, the Company actively performs its social responsibility and will donate Chinese Medicine products at a total value of approximately RMB5.55 million to Beijing Charity Association and Beijing Warm Foundation to fight against the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia epidemic.

The products to be donated are all self-produced medicine of the Company and the donation will not have significant impact on the operation of the Company.
