Announcement of Anticipated Change in Directors and General Managers

TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. (herein referred to as "TonenGeneral") announces the following anticipated changes in Directors and their scope of Coverage/In-charge including the previously announced retirement of P.P. Ducom, which will be effective after the 93rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on March 26, 2013.
