Tom Group Ltd. Announces the Appointment of Ip Yuk-Keung as Independent Non Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of TOM Group Limited announced that Mr. Ip Yuk-keung, Albert has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the company with effect from 24 June 2013.
