Tohto Suisan Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2020. For the period, the company reported Net Sales were JPY 79,291 million against JPY 89,900 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,117 million against JPY 788 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 1,079 million against JPY 728 million a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 274.24 against JPY 188.65 a year ago.
TOHTO SUISAN CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the wholesale of seafood, the purchase and sale of fresh and processed marine products on the wholesale market, as well as the refrigerated warehousing, the manufacture and processing of marine products, real estate leasing and other businesses. The Company has three business segments. The Seafood Wholesale segment is involved in the wholesale of seafood. The Refrigerated Warehouse and Related segment is engaged in the refrigerated warehousing business, as well as the manufacture and processing of seafood. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of real estate properties and the establishment of wholesale markets.
