Proposed par�cipa�on in a new fund

TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company inves�ng in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, announces that a number of blockchain industry par�cipants, in a joint ini�a�ve with TMT, propose to launch a new fund inves�ng in blockchain-related opportuni�es (the "Fund").

Details of TMT's par�cipa�on in the Fund have not been finalised, but it is envisaged that certain members of the Company's senior team will join the board of directors of the Fund's management company. In addi�on, TMT will contribute its human resources and exper�se to the Fund. TMT is not expected to be responsible for general administra�on of the Fund.
