TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited to delay publication of its half-yearly financial statements 2021

Kyiv, 27 October 2021 - TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited (ISIN: US87260H1041) ("TMM" or the "Company") announces that it will delay publication of its half-yearly financial statements 2021, not meeting the deadline of 01 November 2021 set by Deutsche Boerse AG.

This delay is the consequence of previous delays in preparation of the Company's annual financial statements, the latest three of which (for years 2018, 2019 and 2020) were published during 2021.

The Company will be using its best endeavours to publish the outstanding half-yearly financial statements as soon as possible.
