TMM, Inc. announced the appointment of filmmaker Garrett Brown to its advisory board, effective November 1st, 2012. Garrett Brown is the inventor of the Oscar-winning Steadicam(TM) camera stabilizer that allows cameramen to film while walking without the shaking and jostling of a handheld camera. He used it to shoot over a hundred movies including Rocky, The Shining, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Philadelphia, and Return of The Jedi.

He has worked with such directors as Woody Allen, Hal Ashby, John Alvidsen, Warren Beatty, Jonathan Demme, Terry Gilliam, Stanley Kubrick, Mike Nichols, Frank Oz, John Schlesinger, Martin Scorcese and Steven Spielberg.
