Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. Prices $275 Million Note Offering

Atlas Resource Partners, L.P. priced its $275 million private placement of 7.75% senior notes maturing in 2021 issued at par. ARP intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fully repay its term loan credit facility and a portion of its borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
