From October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the company has repurchased 15,548 shares, representing 0.19% for $0.43 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 32,236 shares, representing 0.39% for $0.9 million under the buyback announced on February 25, 2021.
Timberland Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Timberland Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a community-oriented bank, which offers a variety of savings products to its retail and business customers while concentrating its lending activities on real estate secured loans.
