(the "Company") (NYSE:TPGI) announced today that the Company will hold a Special Meeting of its Stockholders (the "Special Meeting") on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, at 515 South Flower Street, Sixth Floor, Los Angeles, California 90071. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting has been set as the close of business on Monday, November 11, 2013. At the Special Meeting, the Company's stockholders will vote on the previously announced agreement and plan of merger pursuant to which the Company will merge with and into Parkway Properties, Inc. in a stock-for-stock transaction, as well as other related proposals. Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of shareholders of both companies and satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
