Appointment of Certain Officers; Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 4, 2023, Thorne HealthTech, Inc. (the Company), announced that, on
January 1, 2023, Bryan Conley tendered his resignation as the Company's Chief
Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. In connection with Mr. Conley's
resignation, on January 3, 2023, Paul F. Jacobson, the Company's Chief Executive
Officer, was appointed to serve as the interim Principal Financial Officer and
Principal Accounting Officer of the Company as the Board of Directors undertakes
a hiring process for a new CFO.
